General Présentation :
Trois Rivières Cask Strength or “Brut de fût” gets its unique character from three rare distinctive factors.
• It is a 2006 vintage that has all the qualities of a great year of yield.
• It aged in a single kind of new oak barrels from the state of Missouri in the United States, a rare practice in the world of rum-making.
• It was brought to the desired degree of proof and then bottled, an ancestral practice usually used in whisky-making.
The combination of all these factors gives the “Brut de fût” its robust character and an array of exceptional aromas.
