Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. Complex agave with moderate to strong intensity. Notes of white pepper and citrus. The first flavour to note is caramel, closely followed by agave, pepper, and oak. The aftertaste is medium sweet, smoke and oak dominate the finish. -"The Tequila Lover's Guide to Mexico" by Lance Cutler
