
Organic Grain
Organic Grain creates fine alcohol naturally because it has a better biological cell structure than grain grown with chemical fertilisers. No chemical fungicides are used to assist the storage of Organic Grain resulting in natural microorganisms which aid full and deep fermentation.
Has a much lower level of carbohydrate when compared to commercially grown grain. We use natural yeast, not chemically enhanced yeast to create the alcohol.
We make spirit as it was made one hundred years ago before the modern methods of farming.
