Lime Mojito

> 60ml Brinley Gold Lime Rum
> 90ml Soda water
> 1/2 Lime
> 6 Mint Leaves

Muddle the 1/2 lime, mint leaves. Pour in Brinley Lime Rum and Soda water. Garnish with sprigs of mint and a lime wheel.
