
> 60ml Brinley Coconut Rum
> Soda Water
> 1/2 Lime
> 6 Mint Leaves
> Sugar Syrup
Muddle 1/2 lime, mint leaves, and sugar syrup in shaker glass. Add Brinley Coconut Rum and fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into tumbler glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with sprigs of mint or lime wedge.
